Dr El Rifai was extremely patient with my son during the consultation and took the time to ensure he understood what was happening in an age appropriate way, putting him at ease. She was very detailed and efficient in dealing with his medical problem. Her knowledge and bed side manner is excellent.

Dr Rim El Rifai was always very nice to me when I went to see her she always explained why I was there and what was wrong with me. She always made me feel that I was safe in her room, she always spoke in a calming but serious voice. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends.
