About Mr Aditya Prinja
Mr Aditya Prinja is a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in Upper Limb Surgery. He studied medicine at Jesus College, University of Cambridge. He then did his clinical training at University College London. After completing his higher surgical training on the Middlesex and University College London Hospitals Orthopaedic Rotation in 2019 he was awarded the subspecialty fellowship training at the world renowned Wrightington Upper Limb Unit where he spent one year. He was also awarded the British Orthopaedic Sports Trauma & Arthroscopy Travelling Fellowship and trained with international experts in San Antonio (Texas, USA), the Steadman Clinic in Vail (Colorado, USA) and Calgary (Canada).
Mr Prinja holds an NHS Consultant post jointly across the Whittington Hospital NHS Trust and University College London Hospitals NHS Trust. He treats all aspects of Upper Limb Surgery (shoulder, elbow, hand & wrist) in adults and children. He is involved in the supervision and training of junior surgeons and publishes research regularly in peer-reviewed journals. He holds an Honorary Clinical Lecturer title from University College London for his contribution to education. He has also presented extensively at national and international scientific meetings. Away from work, Mr Prinja enjoys sport, travel and spending time with his young family.
