The procedure i had would be considered very uncomfortable and (sometimes) painful for a man. Professor Heer & Fiona (Senior Nurse) made the procedure bearable, informative & I provided the humour! I was informed of the importance of the Cystoscopy and Professor Heer was highly knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in his analysis and next steps.
