Cromwell Hospital are delighted to be the Bronze Winner of the American College of Healthcare Executives Excellence Award for Leadership and Management, which honours excellence or outstanding leadership and management in hospitals or healthcare organisations.
Launched in 2015, the IHF Awards honour excellence in hospitals and healthcare organisations around the world. This year, the IHF Awards 2024 received more than 500 entries by hospitals and healthcare organisations from 37 countries and territories competing for seven awards.
Cromwell Hospital was recognised for the creation of the World Class Leaders programme, which was designed to support the development of managers so that, in turn, they felt able to support the creation of a world-class culture for colleagues across the hospital.
