After numerous visits to our GP and several visits to A&E we were getting nowhere with our daughters (age 26) erratic heart symptoms which were making her really poorly. After being completely distraught with worry, on recommendation we saw a private GP (Dr Natasha Thandrayen) who thoroughly reviewed her symptoms and medical history. She recommended a consultation with Mr Aggarwal, the following morning we had received an appointment to see him just 3 days later at the London Heart Centre. We reviewed Mr Aggarwal’s profile and were delighted to see that he had such a distinguished career & record. Mr Aggarwal was clearly very knowledgeable as we discussed our daughters’ issues. He had a really good manner about him, was very calming and explained things very clearly. We felt so relieved that we were finally talking to someone that realised there was a real problem and exactly what steps to take next. He arranged further investigations which was dealt with promptly on the same day by the clinic staff. Within a week we had a follow-up consultation for the test results with Mr Aggarwal providing a clear diagnosis and prescribing treatment. We travelled down to London Kings Cross which was just a 35 min walk to the London Heart Centre. Thank you, Mr Aggarwal, for dealing with this so quickly, your attention to detail and for alleviating what was such a stressful time for us, I would highly recommend your services to anyone. We all know the difficult circumstances that the NHS is operating under, my view is that life is precious, if you or your loved ones are poorly, spending money on good private care is so worth it.

Dr Aggarwal provided excellent help and advice when my cousin went into Atrial fibrillation while visiting UK. He arranged all the necessary investigations, medication and helped liaise with Consultant Cardiologists when my cousin returned to Australia.

He ensured that we understood what he was saying by explaining it in plain english not just doctor speak.
